Students learn USA-standard cleaning techniques for condos, resorts, and homes, including making cleaners from natural products. We also teach the business side: what to charge, how to build a reputation, and how to launch your own cleaning business.
Several graduates have launched their own businesses
Students learn the basics of keeping a marine engine alive: oil & spark plug changes, properly flushing out sea water, and diagnosing why a motor won't start. Classroom theory with diagrams is followed by hands-on work on a real Yamaha engine.

Inside Every Class
Every class follows the same three-part structure: grounded in faith, sharp on theory, proven by doing. The campus itself was built by students.
Every class opens with a session on Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Timeliness, the foundation every trade skill is built on.
Instructors walk through the day's topic (Plan Reading, Wood Framing, Electrical, Plumbing) with a bilingual syllabus and diagrams. Classes run 8:30am–3:00pm with breakfast and lunch provided.
Students are handed a stack of lumber and real tools. Instructors guide them with questions and live feedback until it's done right. Construction produces actual wall panels; housekeeping students work resort-standard rooms; motor students work a real Yamaha engine.
